  • Liked using Collins Cleaners for pick up and delivery service and never had a problem. Was excited to learn they were going to have a store front in Belmont. However, so disappointed- not only did they lose a barely worn silk shirt, but when I reported it weekly and even emailed it took them 2 months to reply. Kept calling and stopping in, when finally received a call back she tried to tell me about their process and how everyone that involved counted five garments at every step. However this store front has never counted the farmers at drop off or pick up in front of me. They did not own up, replace or reimburse me. Don't use them! Quality and honesty can be found elsewhere! Customers don't matter at Collins Cleaners!
