Had dinner at Blossom 2 weeks ago. It was wonderful Cantonese food. Place deserves ~4.5 stars, so am rounding up as it is currently at 4 stars.
We started with cocktails. One was baijiu based, and had a unique taste, while the other was a sweet and fruity one.
Next we had appetizers. Their Crisp-Fried Eggplant was delicious. Even better was the Crisp Fried Shrimp on White Toast, served on top of cabbage, with side dishes of mayonnaise and a tangy (tamarind?) sauce. Almost ordered a second one.
For entrees we had their Crisp-Fried Chilean Sea Bass and Jian Bo Beef. Chilean Sea Bass is one of my favorite fishes, and they gave a generous portion of fish that was perfectly fried. Sole critique: this dish needs a bit more flavor, some kind of sauce. In contrast, the Jian Bo Beef came with a delicious sauce.
Would happily come back next time we are in Vegas.
