rev:text	I think this will be the last time i deal with this place!! I went on February 6 th for my eye exam i love my eye doctor but the rest of the place is a joke! It's March 20th and I'm still waiting on my glasses!! I paid 291.00 out of pocket that doesn't include what my insurance covered that's another 200 plus..... Never in my life have i had this problem anywhere i went. I had to go back 3 times before they finally figured out they had my progressive lenses way off and they needed to make the prescription stronger!!! I knew i wasn't crazy i couldn't see out of my new glasses... So now they call me today saying my lenses should be shipped from the lab Monday which means i could get them next week sometime....never once did they say they are sorry or offer anything to help with this problem! They act like it's normal to wait over a month and a half on new glasses! I'm very disgusted with this place and i don't think I'll be returning here next time..I'll try my luck somewhere else where i can get my glasses a Hell of a lot faster than a month and a half......
