  • I called to make an appointment for a spa day and was really looking forward to it because of all the rave reviews. Unfortunately did not book here due to the complete inflexibility in the packages. I wanted to substitute one service out of the four and was told that was not possible. I guess if you are not into wraps you should not be even considering a package deal. You would think with the overall reputation of this spa, that being at least slightly flexibile should equate to good customer service.
