  • In my quest to try every Ramen place off the strip I stopped in here for lunch. Ordered my traditional Tonkatsu Ramen with extra Chashu and an egg. Broth was nice and smooth. Chashu soft and melt in your mouth. The egg was cooked to a perfect soft boil. The noodles tasted fresh. Great place to go since Monta is so packed at peak times.
