  • This place is hit or miss. Sometimes when I come in they're super friendly and get you in fast even when they're somewhat busy. Today I came in, wasn't too busy, wasn't greeted or asked what I wanted. Had a girl walk in about 15 mins after me, they greeted her, asked what she wanted and sat her before me!! Then I get sat in the pedi chair for 20 mins, meanwhile the girl that came in after me is in the middle of her fill and I have yet to have a tech come over to me. Overall service is good but a little annoying waiting for so long only to see someone else come in after you and get service first. Maybe just an off day. Will still give this place another try but will go somewhere different (lots of places in the area to choose from) if this becomes a habit. PS: they all like to stop in the middle of doing a mani or pedi to answer texts or calls. I understand here and there but don't carry on a conversation in the middle of a massage I'm paying for.
