  • I appreciate the commitment to locally-produced, sustainable foods. The atmosphere was very nice. The staff was friendly for the most part - we did wait 10 minutes at the bar before being asked if we wanted a drink - and we were the only people sitting there. I had the unfortunate experience of biting into fat frequently during my four-course dinner. pork fat - chicken fat - argh! so gross! My favorite part of my meal was the spinach. We'll probably go back to give it another chance. REALLY wish they had valet parking.
