  • I've currently been waiting 40 minutes for a wash. Are you kidding me? Four cars that came after me have been done and gone. The put my car in a row of five cars to be dried versus the new row they had just opened up with only one car in it. I still have 3 cars in my row ahead of me. At this pace will have me waiting an hour for a simple car wash and dry. Went to talk to the "manager" a little guy with a walkie talkie is about the most title this guy should carry. Said he would look in to it and that it should only take 30 tops. He was supposed to find out and come back to me and I just stood there waiting. Never apologized, never offered a solution to fix it. Nothing. I will not be returning here. Retrain your staff and properly staff your car wash.
