  • I normally LOVE Panera. I always stick with my usual - half Italian combo sandwich and half Caesar salad. This time, the bottom of my roll was half covered in caked on flour. Like it wasn't cooked all the way or something. How can I trust this place when they can't get their core product (bread) down.
