| - This is a good place to go for Middle Eastern comfort food -- and plenty of it. Service was fast, but there aren't a lot of tables.
The menu is pretty simple. My son and I chose the chicken and gyro combo, which came with plenty of both. The rice was very good, there was a small salad of lettuce and tomatoes, and the extras of onion, green peppers, and olives added a lot of flavor -- especially those olives.
On the sauces, unless someone is adventurous or likes things pretty spicy, I'd advise sticking to the white sauce. It's a spiced up yogurt blend that I think of as Ranch Jr. When the server asks if you want more, say yes because the usual portion isn't enough.
Two sizes are offered. The large is only $1 more than the small and a lot bigger. Both my son and I couldn't finish ours, so took them home for another meal. I also bought a 2-piece box of baklava, thinking we could have it later. But my son declined -- and yay! to that. It was excellent.
