  • Scheduled appointment for state inspection and oil change. All seemed well, until they called to tell me I needed certain things done to pass inspection. With a mechanic in the family, I opted to not have them conduct any of these services. Still made me pay for the failed inspection, which is unheard of. When I questioned why I am paying for multiple inspections, service man was extremely rude and condescending. I felt taken advantage of for being a woman and ultimately paid for the service and will never return again. I don't appreciate being talked down to , so I won't be returning.
