  • My favorite nail technician moved out of state a couple of months ago. After trying someone in her old shop, as well as several new shops that people had recommended, I have found my new home! It's called Win's Luxury Nails and is located at: 9699 N Hayden Road, Scottsdale, AZ 85258. Their number is (480) 368-7451 and you should call ahead for an appointment. I've had artificial nails for about 35 years and look forward to having them done every two - three weeks. I found Kevin Pho at Win's Luxury Nails on the SE corner of Mountain View and Hayden. Kevin has been doing artificial nails for YEARS and he is meticulous and gentle. And I'm very particular about how my nails are done! They charge $25 for a fill. They also give a great pedicure. Very reasonably priced. The interior of the shop isn't what I'd call luxurious, but the staff is very nice and their work is great. They also do traditional manicures and gel manicures.
