  • My heat went out this morning, so I called Keith Heating & Cooling. The person who answered the phone was friendly and let me know they could have a service man at my house today. When Gary arrived, he was courteous and put on shoe protectors so the snow wouldn't get all over my house. This in itself was a great start. He then opened the furnace and quickly found the issue. I had a bad hot surface igniter. He quickly reassured me that he had the part on his truck, so he would be able to fix it right then. He explained the process completely and showed me the issue. Within 30 minutes, he replaced the igniter, cleaned the inside of my furnace, put in a new filter, and answered my questions. I appreciated that he worked efficiently and didn't waste my time running around for parts like other home companies I have worked with in the past. Overall, I had a great experience with Keith Heating. Highly recommend.
