  • Where to start. Joe is amazing!! Called Cool/Hot Guys because a previous company was in the midst of not only ripping me off, but doing a complete hack job on my AC unit in early September. And after four days, I was still without cool air. I was in a complete panic and happened to call Cool/Hot Guys after reading rave reviews and was immediately relieved after speaking to a confident professional. I was able to make an appointment for the very next morning and within 24 hours my AC was fixed...at half the cost and hassle of the other company's quote. Cannot say enough about Joe. Stand up professional and no nonsense. Very grateful to have someone I can rely on. Five stars all the way. Highly recommend.
