  • Worst customer service. We go through these guys through our home warranty company and I would never recommend them. They never have notes in the system, all of a sudden the person we "originally" spoken with is no longer working there, and it's excuse after excuse on why they can't get our ice maker to work. The guy never showed up today and never called. It takes call after call before anyone picks up. They wanted to charge us for another tech to come out today because we needed 2 guys since one guy couldn't get the job done last time. I will never deal with them again.
