  • I had an awful experience with this doctor and will never return. This doctor's office lacks patient compassion, logic, and cares only about billing insurance and co-pays and does not follow industry standards. I had normal tests performed. I was told I needed to come in for test results. I pleaded to be told over the phone to which they would not do. Most other doctors specify over the phone my sibling that is a doctor asked them why they couldn't say over phone and they said only that it's against their own policy even though against industry standards. I spent a night of agony thinking the worst. I later found out they did this to be able to Bill insurance and now want me to pay a high co-pay for this brief visit for my test results. The result was a simple issue and was not even anything remotely serious. This was a horrendous experience and they refuse to waive my co-pay. I warn everyone to save your money and go to a normal doctor thy cares and will work with you. Again, beware of this office.
