I had my hair done at this salon last night for the first time. My stylist was Cassie. She charged me 215 dollars for bayalage. In all lighting (indoor/outdoor) it looks like she did a solid color of copper/red throughout my hair after I asked for low lights in the beginning because I was afraid that would happen, she encouraged me to do a lighter brown that she assured me would NOT come out red. It came out looking like a color that MAY be worth a half foil job. The service was average and not worth the amount of money charged. It took her 6 hours to accomplish almost nothing (I had three people look through my hair to try and find the color variation that she claimed to have put in it and they all said I got ripped off).
I text her at 8 am the following morning to kindly request assistance with fixing it and after 6 hours of waiting for a reply I called and still no answer. I left a voicemail and still waiting for a call back. I will not be back to this salon and I now have to pay to have everything fixed including the "cut." She says she did not charge me for a cut but she barely trimmed the bottom, there are NO layers that I asked for and the ends still feel old as if it was never even trimmed. To top it all off, Iasked for a swoopy bang and instead of layering the bang like it is supposed to be done, she took a handful from the front and cut straight across. I had to ask her to fix it and after watching her struggle to do it correctly, I told her it was better because I did not want her to mess it up anymore and now I have to have that fixed as well.
I am not bashing her as a person, she was kind while I was there. I just do not believe her services were worth 215 dollars and 6 hours of my time. Be careful what level of expertise your stylist there claims to be.
