  • Same story as others.... American Home Shield sent them to fix a leaky faucet. Going on almost 4 weeks and the ordered part is still not here. I keep getting told the same story that it hasn't arrived yet and will be contacted when it arrives. It is hard going through the holidays with one bathroom. More bizarre was after contacting AHS they had no record of a part being ordered. I am giving one more week, but hope AHS can stop using this company as from these reviews any homeowner should know to steer clear.
