My review of this Fry's location is going to be concentrated on the deli department. Hands down - this deli department has to be the worst in the history of grocery stores worldwide. In a nutshell, the people who work here are: uncaring, lazy, clueless, beyond slow and incapable of hearing. And this isn't a one or two time thing. Its Every Single Time. My most recent (yesterday) experience basically encapsulates every time I've been to this deli. I walked up yesterday, there was one person in front of me. Within 60 seconds, there were two more 'in line' behind me. Throughout this entire time - there were three employees behind the deli counter. One was standing behind a slicer while two others were talking to themselves. Finally - the one behind the slicer yells out 'Is everybody being helped?' Seriously? Nobody was being helped. How can you not even see this?? When I was finally helped - I'd asked for half a pound of maple glazed ham (amongst other things). To which I was given half a pound of roast beef. Really? I pointed at the ham and called it ham. But seeing as I had a flight to catch in 3 days - I didn't think I could risk having the clerk re-slice ham for fear of missing my flight. So I settled for roast beef. I'm certain this is the only deli in the world where during the time you ask a clerk for something and actually receive the item - its already gone past the expiration date.
