  • As I read all the one star, negative reviews & the canned response from the "business manager", I'm left to both laugh & be even more disappointed in this place. My elderly mom went, what was supposed to be twice, for her regular, every 6 month cleanings. However, the second time it's canceled and has to be rescheduled due to no dentist in the office. The following month is the 'only time available'??? Two months later she gets a bill, even though she has insurance. When she does, what every negative yelp comment here is told to do, and calls to discuss it, she is given conflicting answers...most of which are rude. It culminates in her being told by the office manager, that "this is what she signed up for" and to pay what she owes or they will seek legal action. That balance has been paid off and ALL ties with this HORRIBLE place have been cut. I assured them, I'll make sure every outlet I have at my disposal and everyone I know, will be aware of what a wretched office this is. Seems many have beaten me & us to the punch.
