  • So I used to go here to get my nails done. Granted, I just started going here and during the time I went it was great. I would've given them five stars, but after today I wanted to give them 1 star, which is why I averaged it out to 3 stars. I texted Jolyn to see if I could make an appointment. She gave me tomorrow at 1:30 pm. I can't make evenings so, I asked for their first evening appointment. Anyhow, apparently she's booked FOREVER bc the response was "we all booked." And then she proceeds to send me a picture of her generic text telling me to go to her friend. Fine, whatever, I can take my business elsewhere. I get that it's a small operation but really?? That's how you're going to treat an existing customer, who tips 20% every single time? Anyhow, good luck to them. I guess there's a reason people go to bigger nail salons. There's certainly no shortage of nail salons in Vegas. BYE.
