  • My grandpa suffered a terrible stroke and can't get out of bed by himself anymore. While my grandma ran home to finish laundry and chores he was left unattended. When my grandma returned he was on the floor!! He said he'd been there for awhile! He tried using the call button but no one comes, so he tired to do it himself. There have also been other accounts when he had to use the restroom, he used the button and it takes them so long to come he urinated on the floor on the way to the bathroom. My grandpa is a proud man and this embarrassment is beyond ridiculous!
