  • The first thing I will say is that I went around yelp requesting quotes from vendors and CRLV got back to me in like 15 minutes... amazing. Brought in my laptop just in time because the hard drive was failing. I told them all I cared about was being able to recover all my videos and pictures, and they did just that, plus all my school work! Price for labor and a new 240 GB hard drive wasn't too bad. I'd go back if my computer broke again, although I hope that doesn't happen. Thanks!
