  • I've been meaning to write a review since I got my hair done here couple months again. Lydia did a cut, lighten,and tone. It came out ok, but she did cut off more than I asked (probably less work for color). Also I asked for complete gray coverage but she didn't bother to really color my hair, just toned it over the sink after rinsing the bleach and I still had gray a week later. She charged me $240 but wouldn't give me a break down of why so must be $80 pet service which is completely ridiculous. I was surprised she wouldn't even give me a pricibg break down. The entire thing took probably 3 hrs. The stylists are independent contractors who can charge whatever they want, so I'd just recommend you insure you know who you're getting and exactly what their price structure is before committing. I will not go back. Overall, I was disappointed with the experience and felt the cost was not appropriate for the work done. 3 stars because the work was decent, but I was not really happy and I felt taken advantage of.
