  • Victor and his team are rock stars. I messaged them for a quote on Yelp and he invited me to come down to do a diagnosis that day (normally $49, but it was waived since I had the work done there). He confirmed my suspicions of a failed AC compressor. Not a cheap fix. The price was very fair and Victor reassured me that the price would not run over the quote, which was a major selling point. The back log of solid Yelp reviews and Zip Zap's willingness to back their work with a fair miles/time warranty convinced me to have them do the job. I had assumed the work would take more than the afternoon as it was a major job. Much to my surprise, the Zip Zap team had the job done in roughly 3 hours. Far less than the overnight repair time frame I was anticipating. The work seems extremely well done and I am very happy. If this review is still up it means the A/C compressor is still going strong, it failed outside of the warranty range, or they fixed the failure without any additional costs. Thanks Zip Zap!
