| - Pros: Edgar was helpful and the work they did on our car was to our expectations. The turn around time was just over two weeks from the day we brought it in.
Cons: This is where they lose two stars (and our future patronage): Julie at the front desk is awful. She is not only incompetent, which we could have tolerated had she been friendly and apologetic about being incompetent, however she was incredibly rude. She insinuated that we hadn't paid our deductible when I told her my husband had paid it the previous day over the phone. She said they had "no record" of that. She continued to be short and disrespectful to me, commanding that I call my husband to verify he paid, until she miraculously discovered on her computer that we had, in fact, paid the deductible. No apology, no "my mistake," nothing in terms of correcting her rude behavior.
For this reason, we'll take our business elsewhere in the future. There's simply no reason for this type of customer service. Like I said, we are tolerant and patient if someone is learning the ins and outs of their job, but are sincerely trying to make the customer experience a positive one. Julie, however, was not only unable to perform the basic functions of her job, she was unkind and then unapologetic in the process.
