  • Fingertips 2 The Soul is a business within a business, so to speak. Located at A Touch of Healing Massage in Mesa, is a Reflexologist named Tyrell. Ty has been a massage therapist and reflexologist for over ten years it shows through his experience and technique. I have had a lot of reflexology work before from many different people, some claiming to be experts, but none compare to the work of Ty. I have had several sessions with Ty and the difference is that he uses reflexology to treat pain, tension and discomfort through expert location of pressure points and massage on your hands and feet. But, he does not stop there . . . if needed, he is talented enough to tackle that knot or trigger point in your neck, shoulders, arms or legs. I often find myself totally detaching from thoughts and mind chatter and I become completely relaxed, just minutes into a session. His method and technique is the only one that I have repeatedly had this relaxing, mind-numbing experience with. I feel refreshed, relaxed and rejuvenated with each session. The reflexology sessions are done in on a traditional massage table, lying on your back. Hot towel wraps on the feet and hands complete the experience. I recommend, for a small additional fee, the inclusion of hot stones. Using warm, heated, smooth stones in the massage process allows for a deep, penetrating warmth to assist with the release and tension in a muscle or trigger point. The warm, almost hot heat and smooth surface of the stone is really unlike anything else and should be experienced at least once. The massage rooms are clean, comfortable, quiet and inviting. I have never felt too hot or too cold when in a session, regardless of the outside temperature. The prices for reflexology are reasonable, sessions are 30, 60 or 90 minutes long and multiple massage packages are available. Tyrell also offers traditional massage in addition to Reiki work; more services are available through A Touch of Healing. Appointments can be made online and reminders about upcoming appointments are done through text and email. Ty also offers tips and suggestions on stretching and even has how-to handouts to take with you to practice at home. All in all, I don't think you could find a better choice for a reflexologist who is experienced, knows how to help you relax, relieve stress, aches, pains while pampering you. Most importantly, Ty cares about the quality of work he preforms as well as caring about his clients' health and well-being. Overall Rating: 4.8 Stars Service: 5 Stars Cleanliness: 5 Stars Atmosphere: 4.5 Stars Price: 4.5 Stars
