  • This place doesn't even deserve the 1 star I'm giving them right now.... where do I begin.... My husband and I went to go get pre-approved on an auto loan at a bank earlier that evening, for this specific (NON-Kia) vehicle we were interested in. So we get to the dealership, not only did they take forever on getting the keys for the vehicle we were interested in , but they also wanted to give us crap for our trade-in vehicle. This Damien boy completely disregarded our auto loan application # info, ran our credit without an official approval. and gave us imaginary numbers for a monthly payment, with their estimated "6.6%" interest rate, mind you, we have pretty good credit and our official interest rate was never close to that one they gave us- their numbers pretty much left us on an almost $600 monthly car payment, on a $21,500 vehicle!!! INSANE!!! Chip the Manager is a joke. Both him and his younger protege Damien pretty much laughed at our downpayment. The whole time, instead of honoring our application and choice of vehicle, they were trying to shove a Kia car down our throats! Seriously, don't waste your time here... anywhere but here. Update as of 2/2/2018-- These people only reply to negative reviews to make themselves look good... messaged this Jess lady Jan 8th 2018, and no response as of tonight! Take your money elsewhere, I'm telling you...
