This is based on delivery process and experience. We will see about quality when I actually do get the product.
The company even says online they arent held responsible for delivery turdiness. Guess that should have been a red flag for a company this size to not be able to properly guarantee or manage their logistics. Or implying that they dont care to completely satisify a customer purchase cycle.
We ordered a dining table and bench. Confirmed delivery this Saturday with expected window 1 to 5pm. We had to call them near 5pm for a status check. They said it was running late arriving at 515pm. 515pm came and gone. Still no sign of them. Called again, they then said the truck was only 5 minutes away. By 6 30pm. STILL NO SHOW. Called the number again. Now they are saying dont know what happened and just wait. Okay..........
