Overall good experience. I messaged the dealership off Cars.com and received a prompt response from Tyler. I was able to get off work early on a Friday to come down to test drive the car I was interested in. I sprung on Tyler that I was on my way and he had Jim waiting for me. Jim was very friendly and took me on a test drive and answered my many questions. James (the sales manager) and Michael (the finance manager) were very nice and helpful as well. Love my Audi A5!!! Thanks guys! (Original Review: 3/10/17. Sales)
UPDATE: 6/5/17. Service.
Had my first experience with the Audi service department. On 6/1, I left home to run to the gas station early in the morning. I had been teaching my teenage son how to parallel park with my car the night before so I went to adjust the rear view mirror back and it disintegrated in my hands!!! I couldn't easily get it to snap back together and into the windshield piece and I didn't want to force it as not to damage any components, wires, etc. Not only was I a tad upset my new car broke (I mean, I'm no wimp but come on! I'm not the hulk either! How did it fall apart with one touch! Lol), but the bigger issue was that my son was taking his road test with MY car that same afternoon!!!! He couldn't take the test with the rear view mirror hanging!!! I contacted the dealership and was patched through to John in Service. I explained my dilemma and he asked me to bring it in. I drove up to the dealership and he was able to temporarily fix the mirror so my son could take his road test for his drivers license! Then, he scheduled me to bring it back for repairs the next day. I took it back the next day, he was super personable and professional, even gave me a loaner car. My "babies" fixed and back in my hands! Thanks John!!!!! Everyone at Audi has been very helpful. Appreciate it!
