  • They came out 5 times under direction of my Home Warranty company Old Republic last year... They would not recommend replacing the motors in my blowers and just kept trying to charge the A//C units and doing the least bit possible. Finally they just said that my builder DR Horton put the wrong size units for my house and left it at that. We had a newborn in the house and it would not get cooler than 85 degrees in the house. Low and behold my motors went out this year. Marken Mechanical would not recommend anything that would cost the home warranty company money... I will never hire dishonesty again
