  • Although my first experience at Downtown Beauty Company was a good one, I can't say the same for my second one. I had an appointment, arrived a little early and no one was there. I figured I was early so maybe someone would show up later. No one ever came. I had both text and email confirmation of my appointment and no one bothered to call me about my appointment. Never have I had that happen before.
