This store is always so disorganized. It's ran more like a frat house than a business. Reps seems like they don't want to be there, and tend to be highly unprofessional. Called about an upgrade I did online and had it sent to the store; called the store to confirm an appointment. Thr rep sounded like he was sleep and told me not to come to the store yet because "it ain't processed yet come later.". I called again just to be sure and they told me I have to reorder online again because my appointment expired. I told the rep about the previous rep I talked to, and him telling me not to come to the appointment. I offered them my order number to see if it was processed. The rep cut me off and said just reorder it again your appointment is expired which means we canceled your order. It's like going in circles with these folks. They have no idea what they're talking about.
