  • This was my first and last time ever using this company. They were recommended to us by 2 people so that is why I used them.not only did they show up over 2hrs late but when they did show up it was only 2 men( 1 who was an older man that could barely pick up heavy items) and I was told 3 men with a larger truck would show up when I made my reservation. My husband had to come home early to help them finish because it was taking them to long. I was told when reserving that I could pay with cash or check and when the guys showed up they informed me it had to be cash in order to keep the same rate. They scratched up my refrigerator all up, I had to go get them pizza and water because they weren't prepared with food or drinks. I called their supervisor to discuss the cash or check situation and he told me twice I would receive a call from the owner to discuss that and I left a voicemail at their office for a call back and no one ever returned my calls back. I was originally quoted by another company that a move of my size would require no more than 4hrs with 3 guys but since these guys were recommended to me I made the awful mistake of using them. 6 hrs later when these two men finished they were trying to still collect cash from me and they kept telling me they didn't know who I should make the check out to. At one point he even suggested I make it out to him which was very shady and obviously I didn't do that. Our move was on a Thursday and Friday was a holiday so when I called to complain Monday morning the guy who answered seemed very un interrelated in my concern and complaints. He said someone would be calling me back to address this but of course they didn't. I called back and just kept getting the run around. But they cashed my check bright and early that day though! Don't ever use these guys as they were a horrible experience and cost us more money to move. I was or rather do the move myself before ever calling them back!!! Very un professional and hard to see they are still in business with this horrible customer service.
