  • Service is always slow at this location even when there is no one else around. Staff aren't as friendly as at other locations. I ordered a cream cheese Danish from this location which I had many times before. When I took it from the worker it was so hot it literally burnt my hand. When I told her it was dangerous and maybe the heat was too high on the oven they didn't seem to care. I even got her to touch the pastry bag and she had to pull her hand back right away. Some could be seriously hurt if they had put that to their mouth. I often get pastries for my children from Starbucks so I am happy I was the first to handle the pastry. The last time I went through the drive thru it took 20 minutes for me to get my drink and there was no one in front of me. They never apologized for the wait!
