First off, I go to this location at least 2x a day, and I order the same thing every time. this is the 4th time they have made my verry berry refresher with strawberry juice and when I asked why this keeps happening, the girl simply said, we don't pay attention and keep accidentally switching the caps on the berry and strawberry juice. It would not be such a big deal if there was any kind of sincere effort to make it right, comp my drink or a gift card or something, or even a sorry and I wouldn't be upset. But there was no effort from anyone there. They actually think it's funny that the caps keep getting switched. Myself and my dealership I work for will definitely be taking our $50 per day business to the location on w. Azure instead.
