I go to Kaya often. I went in there this evening a Monday night they weren't that busy all. I was alone just wanted to grab sushi real quick. Didn't really feel like sitting at the bar this is when the host informed me since I was eating some I had to either sit at the bar or a two ton table she said it was there new policy. I was like well the only two top table available is right next to couple I didn't see the need to have to sit right next to them and make it crowded when there were a handful of other tables open and there was no wait to be seated and it was 10 o'clock on a Monday night I asked to speak with the manager he informed me sorry there was nothing he could do about it it was a policy. I can't believe a restaurant would rather turn someone away then to sit at a table that they would enjoy sitting at when there are other table options open it bigger tables came in I used to go to Kaya all the time now after this incident I don't know when I will be back.
