  • Not a good start for new system warranty . I had a tech appointment scheduled from 9-12. Took the day off work to wait for the tech. Finally received a call about 1 1/2 after scheduled time (I already at another scheduled appt).-the tech could not find my house! WHAT?!! Chas Roberts installed our A/C system. An earlier phone call would have been in order. Unacceptable service. I did reschedule just hope a tech shows up on time!
