  • Unprofessional! I had an appointment scheduled for them to come out and give me a quote for refinishing my double doors. The appointment was scheduled almost two weeks in advance and on the day before the appointment, they called to say they had double-booked and apparently I was the one who had to get bumped despite already waiting almost two weeks for them to come out. I was offered two options: either send them photos, or reschedule for the following week. They said they preferred that I send them photos and asked me to text the pictures to the owner's cellphone, which I did that same day. They never bothered to respond. They may do nice work, but I will never know because I'm taking my business elsewhere. UPDATE: It's interesting how the response to my review never addressed the fact that I had an appointment pending for almost two weeks that THEY canceled on the day before due to being "double booked". Ironically their response seems to take offense that I did not respond to their attempt to contact me after my negative Yelp review. Too bad! I stand by my opinion that they are unprofessional.
