  • The only reason I am giving this company 2 stars as opposed to one is because their application fee is very reasonable compared to what the market is charging. Anyways I applied for a home online through this company and every time I called I was assisted. One day I needed more clarification on something so I went in to the office. I had a very good conversation with the owner Diana and I thought we were on the same page. I had no idea she was a dishonest snake. The following day I was contacted by email and advised that I was declined for the rental due to eviction or negative rental history. The confusing part is, I have never had an eviction and my property manager said she had not spoken to anyone regarding my rental history. So where did Ms Diana obtain this information that obviously influenced her biased decision??? To this day I do not know because she has been extremely vague and screens her calls and refuses to speak with me. The funny part is, she must have forgotten that she told me she had promised the home to one of her other tenants!! Diana is a liar and does not know how to conduct business. She sat in her office telling me the business of other tenants and talked about the reviews they would write about her. I should have known from the reviews I read before hand to steer clear of this place. Oh well I had to lose $20.00 for that lesson!
