  • This is a great home security system at no up front cost unlike Cox and some others I looked into. I have a system in my other house in Colorado, and this service was way better. Jim is honest. We asked about some equipment he could have sold us, but let us know it was cheaper at Radio Shack and we then wouldn't have additional monitoring costs. He educated us on other safety measures, took extra time to answer questions and let us know all options for home security, some of which were through different vendors. He really was here for us and not just for his bottom line. I would highly recommend Jim for any size house or business security system - you will get what you need, not a big bill. Do I sound really over the top happy with his service? I guess I am!
