We ate here tonight and we really tried to make the best of a major let down. The restaurant apparently had not communicated with the event planners at the ballpark. There was a large cheer event which resulted in many families looking to eat here. We waited for a table for over an hour and then sat down to find out the restaurant was out of hamburgers and steaks. It would be considerate if we were told this before we waited. After waiting for a significant amount of time for our food & drink refills, we received our check and it had two tables worth of food on it. We ordered two adult meals and two kid meals. The ticket was for six items not on our table including appetizers and desserts. Our server seemed really overworked with more tables than normal because the restaurant didn't foresee this being a busy night. He said they had no idea about the event- how does this happen?!? The management really needs to make some improvements in communication with the ballpark in order to have the proper amount of staff and food and they should tell the waiting customers if they're out of half the menu.
