  • I bought an Apple Watch and it was defective. I brought it in to return it and had the most difficult time with returning it. The device wouldn't turn on and they wanted the item reset in order to process the return. The total time took 30 minutes...entirely to long to get my money back! RUDE staff at customer service!!! The only nice person was a gentleman from geek squad
