  • I need a negative star for these people, here's my store, John and Lisa, remember those names, I'm buying a manufactured home that's been converted to real home my realtor asked John multiple times if this company would take this type of home and qualify me for Home is possible down payment assistance he said yes multiple times, So we proceed with the process for the loan for this home I send him all my paperwork and send it to his assistant named Lisa, she "works" on my file for 2 weeks she asks for documents I send it within 10 min whatever she needed, turn the last week before closing I start getting ignored by these 2, my calls my text messages and my emails, like literally IGNORED, I get no answer for 5 days, when I do get an answer it turns out that Castle & Cooke can't do the dowpayment assistance for this type of home. I wasted 3 weeks of sending paperwork and working with these 2 idiots for nothing now they had to transfer my file to another company so they can work on it. Now that new company has to re run my credit and start everything from scratch, another 3 weeks wait for my new home. WARNING do not work with this company specially not with those 2 fucking idiots John and Lisa STAY AWAY!!!
