  • Pulled up to drive thru and waited to be greeted after asking for assistance several times. The employee was rude and acted annoyed that we wanted to be waited on. She then proceeded to gossip about us to the car in front of us and we could hear everything! Unprofessional and some of the worst customer service I have received in along time. Her excuse was that they were short staffed, she also claimed to be the manager! Those are NOT excuses for terrible customer service.
