  • It's been a month since I got the procedure done and I was just tempted to give up but friends encouraged me to speak up. Made a Yelp profile specifically for this I went to get a quote for a hair coloring procedure. They had openings so decided to do it instead of scheduling for a later date. The hairstylist informed me we would NOT need to bleach my hair for the color I wanted since I wanted a dark, rich color that would show on my current hair color (which I informed her had previously been box colored with black for work since before that it was a red). I stated I was okay with bleaching my whole head if it meant getting the color I wanted but she assured me we would not have to. She did bleach highlights to get the blue highlights i wanted with the purple as that was the style I desired. However, the completed version was not what I sought and since I had an engagement after the hair procedure was finished, we did not have time to fix it. She said to contact within a week to arrange to fix it, yet,  I called multiple times and even sent an email through their contact page only to get no answer or call back later because the hairstylist was not in. A month later (this month) I reached them and she claims she told me I needed to bleach my whole head and I refused and that it was too late to fix it. They claim I never tried contacting them again and that they received no email Horrible service and horrible treatment. They claimed they'd talk to the owner about my incident and I never heard back. I can't even get my hair fixed now without paying triple or more what I paid them to initially do as it will have to be a color correction process Don't go here. If they mess up they don't fix it and claim you didn't try and contact them to fix it. Then will claim they said one thing to you when they did not. They ruined my hair and I paid for it dearly now I can't get the color I desire.  These reviews. They are the lucky ones. Never going back here again nor will I EVER recommend this place to anyone.
