The customer service is horrid. Apparently there's a "secret" policy that a series of classes lasts as long as the series-5 classes = 5 weeks. Not only do you lose your classes, you are wiped off the system. When I said no way never signed anything that said that, I never got a return email. They charge credit cards when they shouldn't, charge wrong amounts. It's honestly insane - I'm surprised they are in business, especially since owned by mountainside. Spin good w Stephanie; yoga is meh; TRX etc is good; cross fit is good too but the customer service is so bad it's just not worth going.
