rev:text	Last weekend I made an appointment for my daughter to have her hair washed cut and styled. The appointment was for 12pm as that is when we were advised the salon opened. We are there 5 to 12. We watched the receptionist a few mins after 12 open and owe the door behind her then 10mins later a women walk in close the door behind her. Finally the door opens we walk in advise we have a 12pm appointment. The response is "You can sit in the couch the stylist is setting up". So we do as advised. We watch the stylist stroll back and forth. Finally she calls my daughter to have a seat. I wait a few moments to allow the intital discussion about my daughter's request occur. I see the stylist pick up a clipper. I walk over ask my daughter if she is ok. And then turn my attention to the stylist and inquired if she was using scissors or a clipper on my daughters hair. She stated she would use the clipper for the initial cut as she "doesn't feel like washing all that hair". I expressed my concern and do not want her to use those. The stylist became very rude and nasty and told me to move out her space and accused me of having and attitude hovering over my teenager. After I said we can go somewhere else said please do. Words where exchanged I mentioned the wait and the stylist pretty much said "oh well You have to wait". I asked my daughter to get up went to the counter and requested a card and her name the reception threatened to call Security on me. I eventually got the card and the lady wrote down the name of Deirdre Parker. The service and employees are a joke.
