  • Car reserved 5 months ago not available when we got there. Waited 90 minutes and got a subcompact instead of a full size. Guy behind the counter was doing his best to try and deal with all the irate customers that were in the same boat as me. Dollar is a low-budget cheapo outfit that under-supplies their locations and throws the staff to the wolves. Car was dirty but we needed to get the hell out of there as we were very late. I will never use this crap company again. I contacted their customer complaint department and got zero response. Clearly, they don't really give a damn about the customer. Just another big faceless company that figures there are enough suckers out there to keep them going until the CEO retires with a fat package. Frickin disgrace.
