  • Gotta say i used to loveeee coming in here but honestly this last visit will be well... the last to this location.... not sure if standard procedure or what but to me i prefer anything dealing with my food or drink products be handled with gloved staff and the lady I saw today was NOT wearing gloves and was handling individually all the infamous umbrellas with her bare hands from a box and opening each and every one of them before setting in a clear container for future drink use.... sorry but this was too gross for me at very least should have waited till not any customers but instead was solid bunch of us in there ..... veryyy gross especially as never once saw her wash her hands and yes she did handle a drink order ... thankfully i saw it before my drink so asked for no umbrella but ya.....
